Missing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables. Fix: Run the included vc_redist.x64.exe from the installer folder or download the latest "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2022" from Microsoft directly.
Log file: The silent installer writes to %TEMP%\Preps10_Install.log . Check this for error codes.
If you have an old dongle, Preps can often retrieve the ID automatically to convert it to a software license. If not, manually enter the 6-digit ID etched on the dongle.
